Hotel Grad Otočec***** is a castle hotel on an island in the Krka, part of Terme Krka. The Terme Krka dog price list gives €50 per night; the hotel’s own page adds that cats (in a carrier) are welcome too, guide dogs stay free, and the pet must be declared when booking. The “Romantic castle escape” package runs from 28 Oct 2026 to 11 Jan 2027, so the hotel is open through autumn and winter. Under Terme Krka’s guidelines, small-breed dogs up to 15 kg, older than 6 months and not of a potentially dangerous breed, are welcome; at most two dogs per room. Dog-friendly rooms are limited, so declare your dog (breed and weight) when booking. Dogs may not be left alone in the room, must be on a leash or in a crate in public areas and are not allowed on the bed (a dog mat is provided). Dogs may not enter restaurants, pools or the wellness centre. Bring the pet passport with vaccinations; the dog must be microchipped and protected against parasites.
