A shady campsite in Fiesa bay, right beside two freshwater lakes and a few minutes’ walk from Piran along the coastal path. The official Portorož tourism website marks the campsite with the label “Pets welcome”. The campsite does not take advance reservations, so arrive early enough. The stretch of coast between Piran and Fiesa is one of the few where dogs are not explicitly banned, while they are not allowed on Piran’s managed town bathing area.
