Pohorje Village Wellbeing Resort (the former Bolfenk settlement, with the Bolfenk and Videc hotel and apartments) sits in the forest on Hočko Pohorje above Maribor. Under the resort’s general terms, pets are allowed in certain rooms and apartments for a surcharge of €20 per pet per day; the dog must be declared when booking, and reception confirms a pet-friendly room before arrival. The resort reserves the right to refuse animals that could be dangerous or disturb other guests. It operates in autumn too: reception and the restaurant are open daily, while the WellNest pool will be closed for maintenance from 9 to 19 November 2026 (the saunas stay open). The Bolfenk Energy Trail starts right by the resort, and the surroundings offer miles of forest paths for autumn walks with your dog.
