The restaurant of Hotel Amfiteatar sits a few steps from Pula’s Arena, on the edge of the old town. The South Istria tourist board lists it among the dog-friendly venues in Pula. There is both an indoor dining room and a terrace; the listing does not say exactly where dogs are accepted, so mention your dog when booking. With the Arena right next door and crowds around it in the late afternoon, come early for a quieter meal.
