Grand Koper is a renovated four-star city hotel on the seafront in central Koper, with 24-hour reception, the Capra restaurant and the Caprizza pizzeria. As a city hotel it operates outside the summer season too (its own site lists December events, for example). Under its general terms pets are allowed, but the hotel must explicitly confirm the dog’s stay in advance with regard to its size and weight, so describe your dog when you enquire. The general terms do not state a pet surcharge; check it when booking. A short walk takes you to the Semedela promenade and the Semedela dog beach.
