An excursion farm in the hamlet of Montinjan between Vanganel and Marezige, eight kilometres from Koper, set among vineyards and olive groves with a view over the Bay of Koper. The Slovenian Tourist Farms Association labels it “dogs welcome”. On advance order they cook a meal of Istrian dishes (prosciutto, gnocchi, fuži, bakalar, bobići), and in the cellar they hold wine and olive oil tastings. In November the farm traditionally celebrates St Martin’s Day, a good reason for an autumn visit – arrange your visit in advance by phone or e-mail.
