Krka National Park

Krka National Park with the Skradinski buk waterfalls is one of the few protected areas in Croatia where dogs are explicitly welcome. Under the park’s official rules, dogs may enter the park accompanied by their owner and must be kept on a leash at all times. The only exception is the islet of Visovac, where dogs are not allowed. If visiting in summer, plan an early arrival — there is limited shade along the wooden walkways above the waterfalls and the crowds are large. Bring water for your dog.
