Part of the pebble-and-rock Kanegra beach north of Umag is set aside for dogs (the eastern part, “Kanegra istok”), while the rest of the beach is an ordinary bathing area. Being close to the Kanegra campsite means tree shade and organised access, but also plenty of visitors in summer.
