Vila Alpina stands on Cesta Gorenjskega odreda in Mlino, on the southern side of Lake Bled and close to the shore. Bled’s official tourism website lists the property under the amenity “Pets allowed”. No dog surcharge is published — check it when booking. This side of the lake is nicer with a dog than the northern one: the walking path is wider and less congested here, with the view running to the island and the castle. The campsite in Zaka and the forest paths above the lake are a short walk away. Dogs may take a dip outside the official bathing areas, which rules out Velika and Mala Zaka.
