An open-air museum by the road near Vodnjan gathering kažuni — the characteristic Istrian drystone stone huts inscribed on the UNESCO list. A short tour across the grassy area is undemanding and also suitable for older dogs; the Istrian tourist board lists the park among its dog-friendly spots. There is little shade, so visit in the morning or towards evening and bring water.
