Rijeka’s second official dog beach lies in the Pećine district, right by the entrance to the D-404 road tunnel; access on foot via the steps from the XIII. divizije promenade or by car. The pebble beach has a bench, a bin, running water and a dog-shower hose, and a fence prevents dogs escaping onto the road above the beach. The city ordinance requires a leash and cleaning up after your dog.
